East Lansing, MI Apartments for Rent

This place has exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I chose Block 36 for my first apartment! The staff is all very helpful, and I have no complaints! Maintenance has always been quick to answer work orders as well. Security drives around often at night, so I never worry about anything going on and that's a huge plus for me. All of the amenities are 24 hours, so if you have a rough work/class schedule like me, you'll never have to worry about making it to the study lounge! The office is also open a little later than most, so that always helps if I need to visit after work or class. Move to Block 36 if you're looking, you'll love it!

Block 36 has been a great place to live! It is actually a 4 bed 4 bath. It's really nice to have your own room and bathroom. The leasing office staff are very helpful and so nice! There is a bus route that conveniently takes you to campus and comes fairly often. The leasing office always has a lot of events and they keep the pool and hot tub open until midnight which is nice. I would definitely recommend living here!

I absolutely love living here! The staff and maintenance team are the absolute best. Any service request put in are normally fulfilled on the same or very next day. I love that they have a study lounge which is a great place to go when you really need to focus AND they have free printing, a coffee machine, bus passes, year-long hot tub in addition to all of the events they put on! It truly is a community here, I always feel welcomed and have made so many great friends.

I moved into their 4 bedroom with no roommates in mind. I was nervous about trying the roommate matching program but for the price and everything they offered (my own bathroom, valet trash service) I decided to give it a try. The roommate program worked so well, we have a few of the same classes at LCC and get along really well. I have already recommended Block 36 to a few of my other friends for next fall.
